1. Introduction
At Rose World Express, we are committed to customer satisfaction. This policy explains the terms and conditions for returning products and requesting refunds for both retail purchases in Africa and import/wholesale orders from Turkey.
2. Retail Purchases (In-Store or Local Sales)

Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Certain goods such as personal care items, food products, or customized items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

If approved, refunds will be issued in the original payment method or as store credit.
3. Import & Wholesale Orders

All wholesale/import orders are considered final once shipped, unless products arrive damaged or defective.

Claims regarding missing, damaged, or defective goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos and documents.

Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection and confirmation by Rose World Express.

Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

Perishable goods (food, beverages, etc.)

Hygiene or personal care products

Discounted, clearance, or promotional items

Customized or special-order products
5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Depending on your payment method, processing times may vary.

For wholesale/import orders, refunds are issued only via bank transfer.
