1. Introduction

At Rose World Express, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we handle international shipments from Turkey to Africa as well as local deliveries within Cameroon.

2. International Shipping (Import & Wholesale Orders)

  • Orders are shipped from Turkey to major African ports, including Douala (Cameroon), Lagos (Nigeria), Abidjan (Ivory Coast), and Dakar (Senegal).

  • Shipping terms are based on Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW) as agreed with the customer.

  • Estimated transit times:

    • Sea freight: 3–6 weeks depending on destination.

    • Air cargo: 5–10 days for smaller urgent shipments.

  • Customers are responsible for customs clearance, import duties, and local taxes at the destination unless otherwise agreed.

  • Rose World Express is not liable for delays caused by customs, port congestion, or force majeure events.

3. Local Deliveries (Retail Customers in Cameroon)

  • Products purchased from our Douala store can be delivered locally within city limits.

  • Delivery times are typically 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery charges may apply depending on distance and order size.

  • Customers may also pick up their orders directly from our store.

4. Packaging and Handling

  • All shipments are carefully packed and secured to prevent damage during transit.

  • Fragile items (such as glassware or ceramics) are shipped with special protective packaging.

5. Tracking and Communication

  • For international shipments, a Bill of Lading (B/L) or Airway Bill (AWB) will be provided.

  • Customers may request tracking updates through WhatsApp or email.

  • Local deliveries include phone or WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch.

6. Responsibility & Insurance

  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer once goods are handed over to the carrier (FOB or EXW).

  • Customers may request cargo insurance for additional protection during transit.

  • Rose World Express will assist in filing claims with carriers in case of loss or damage.
